I've found the most common repair of creative speaker is the replacement of Power IC. Power IC models depends on speaker models. And I've experienced with no sound or no consistent sound from the speaker. All I figured out is to check the board to identify the loose connection and to solder the pins if there is any doubt about loose connection.
